  1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for return requests within 30 days upon receipt of your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene purposes, cosplay wigs, stockings, socks, and undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and issue your replacement or refund in as timely a manner as possible.

Once approved, return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) will be provided.

Refunds are processed in the original method of payment as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.
