Your Request to be Exempt from Processing a Return

In the event, the delivered order is missing items or does not contain the expected items in the order.

If you have been sent an incorrect item or, in the case where you ordered an item, and it is defective or damaged, we request that you write to us via e-mail, outlining the issue. You should contact us within 7 days of the order being delivered, and we will respond to the complaint.

Once your return is authorized, we will issue the instructions you will need, and possibly a shipping label.

Refunds

When we receive your return request we will send you a label, for which you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs, once the return is approved. When we receive the item you wish to return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, as long as you respect the terms and conditions. The refund may take approximately 5-10 business days to return to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Please contact us, and we will help you locate another product of a different size or style to proceed with the exchange.

Non-returnable Items

To preserve health and safety, we cannot accept the following items as a return.

  • Wigging and wigging accessories.
  • Hosiery items, namely, socks, pantyhose, and undergarments.
  • Acquisition of specially made products and products that are already discounted.
